Introduction

Welcome to Egg More, a subscription-based boiled egg delivery service operating in Chennai.
By subscribing, placing an order, accessing our website/app, or contacting us, you agree to the policies mentioned in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

 Service Description

Egg More delivers fresh boiled eggs to customers through monthly subscription, with an optional yearly plan & For Certain Days on request.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the subscriber.

Subscription, Billing & Renewal

  • Billing cycle: Monthly or Yearly (on request)

  • Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled by the customer.

  • Subscription can be cancelled anytime, but remaining paid days are non-refundable.

  • If the subscriber is not at home during delivery without prior notice, the delivery is still counted.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in INR and inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

  • Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • Egg More does not store or have access to full payment information (UPI/card numbers etc.).

Contact Information

  • Service location: Chennai city limits only.

  • Deliveries are made to the address shared during subscription.

  • Customers must inform Egg More in advance if delivery needs to be paused or skipped or Change of Address.

  • If a customer fails to inform in advance, the delivery will still be counted.

  • No refund once eggs are delivered.

  • Replacements will be provided only if there is a clear quality/damage issue and the defective eggs are handed back to the delivery partner.

  • Refunds are not applicable for remaining days/months after cancellation.

  • Replacement cannot be claimed for:

  • Wrong address provided by customer

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

  • Taste preference differences

  • Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (name, phone number, address).

  • Keep pets/personnel away during delivery for safety.

  • Check delivered eggs immediately and report issues within 2 hours of delivery.

  • By subscribing, the customer agrees to receive:

  • Service-related SMS/WhatsApp/emails

  • Occasional promotional messages (not regularly)

  • Customers can request to opt out of promotions at any time.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, Unless Order placed by Parents/Guardians

All logos, images, brand names, designs, and content displayed on Egg More belong to Company & Proprietor.
Copying or using without permission is prohibited.

Egg More shall not be liable for:

  • Health or allergy issues caused by egg consumption

  • Missed delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

  • Damages beyond replacement value of eggs delivered

Egg More reserves the right to cancel subscriptions in case of:

  • Abusive behaviour toward staff

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Repeated non-cooperation during deliveries

This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
